Emergency church Council meeting

To all church members -there will be an emergency Church Council meeting on Sunday 6 September after the Service - 11.15am.  

There is only one item on the agenda and that is Property. Please make every effort to attend or send apologies to Dorothy Pearson-01737-551724.

Dream Team Meeting

The next Dream meeting is on the 7th September’26 at 6.30-8.30pm at South Croydon United church. Sandwiches, salad & dips, and drinks will be provided (including gluten free and vegetarian). Please ensure you do the homework sent to you by Deacon Suzie Vianna and bring it to the session.

Tuesday, 15th September’26 at 10.15am: Committal at Surrey & Sussex Crematorium.

12.00:   Service at the Congregational Church in Old Coulsdon.

1pm: Reception at same church All are welcome.

Funeral service – Jean Craske

Jean Craske's funeral service will be held at Whitethorn Avenue Methodist Church at 2.30pm on Wednesday, 16 September 2026.

Wayfarers Afternoon

The next two Wayfarer Afternoons will be on the 20th September’26 at 2.30pm at Sanderstead and 27th September’26 at 2.30pm at Whitethorn Avenue. This will be a quiet afternoon for prayers and reflection and the theme this year is Autumn. Self- service refreshments will be provided.
